Our Investment Syndicate
We are a Sunshine Coast Queensland based investment and management firm, that focuses on acquiring real estate and franchised businesses to become a leader in providing leveraged value added capital and management services to the real estate and franchising industry. Our objective is to acquire, initially by merger and acquisition (“M&A”), and develop a portfolio of rental real estate and franchise systems by combining M&A and active organic growth. We then seek to adjust the operations to fully utilize syndication, leverage, synergy and economies of scale through duplication and documentation of systems such as franchising.
